When you buy a piece from my art portfolio page and it's been shipped to you, you have thirty days to return it for a full refund or exchange. You pay all shipping charges incurred.

For commissioned items there are no exchanges or returns.

Regarding repairs, my work is very durable. I want to produce a quality product that lasts long past my lifetime. I use only the highest quality materials. The top and bottom frames stick out beyond the face of the picture in order to protect the piece in case of a fall. Over the years I have had to repair only a few items out of a total of 1500 completed. I take great pride in being trustworthy and a good craftsperson. If you have a problem that you think is due to my workmanship, please contact me so we can talk and I can repair the item.
